How did you first get involved with LoveOne? Eight years ago I walked into a laundromat and little did I know it would change my life forever. (This is an incredible story, ask Dave to share it with you when you see him!)
What has surprised you most about working with LoveOne? How radically a community can support and love people through clean clothes.
What is the single-most important takeaway from volunteering with LoveOne? That every month we take away life lessons that are easy to overlook or forget about, and the reminder to love people right where they are.
What’s the hardest part about volunteering with LoveOne? Having higher expectations for myself about the outcome for each neighbor and trying to meet their core needs in such a short time together.
If you could change one thing about LoveOne, what would it be? To have more events and to try to meet more core needs as we're sharing the evening together.
What do you wish other people knew about LoveOne? That our mission is to love our neighbors and community so much that it overflows and changes lives forever, and that our neighbors feel that from us.

What would you tell someone who is thinking about donating to or volunteering with LoveOne? It is well worth your time. I would encourage you to spend two hours of your life speed dating LoveOne and connecting with our community.
What are you doing when you aren’t volunteering? Eating bonbons and watching 80's television shows and movies.😉
What else can you tell me about LoveOne? Get involved and see how it changes your life as you're loving on your neighbor in a very tangible way through clean clothes. ❤️
