We had another very successful laundry night at QED last week. Tuesday, February 7 was our first laundry night of the month with many more to follow. We had lots of help from volunteers and 4D Recovery, as well as a team from Clackamas County Public Health visiting our event for future partnership with their mobile vaccine clinics. Thankfully the rain stopped and we were able to enjoy our evening together serving 65 people and doing 48 loads of laundry. We also provided hygiene supplies, clothes, sleeping bags and blankets to neighbors. Dinner was a delicious rice and chicken bowl topped with YUMM sauce and Rice Krispy treats for dessert.
