On December 19 we suds-ed it up with our first annual Christmas party at Brax Laundry Molalla! There were many new people as well as familiar faces - approximately 30 in attendance - along with amazing community partners and eight energetic volunteers.
Brax owners Brad and Max came by and hung out with us and everyone enjoyed delicious food catered by locally owned and operated The Humble Pig Cafe. In addition, a long time local resident and her family brought baked goods for everyone. We celebrated with gift bags and Christmas candy, hot chocolate, and hot coffee. And even with all of the fun and celebration, we still managed to wash 34 loads of laundry!
