Last Wednesday was our laundry + shower event at Brax and the weather was absolutely perfect for spending the evening doing laundry, taking showers and building community.
Our friends from the Providence BOB team brought supplies and jumped in to help, Anna with Cascade AIDS Project offered testing and supports, and Oregon City Grocery Outlet provided bottled water and toilet paper. We enjoyed breakfast for dinner and Brax mascot Kenji did a fabulous job of welcoming everyone. And we want to send out a HUGE thank you to Pepsico Charity Grant Foundation for sponsoring our Brax events in April and May!!!
Mark your calendars! We’ll be back at Brax on Friday, June 10 from 6-8pm for laundry only and again on Wednesday, June 22 from 6-8pm for laundry + showers and wrap around supports.
