Even with all of the and on Sunday, we brought the shower cart to Milner Vet for our bi-monthly shower event. We were able to provide 11 showers to neighbors without access to running water, and several more neighbors stopped by for resources like a warm meal and a clean pair of socks.
We are so thankful for our shower team. They continually go above and beyond in delivering services with kindness, compassion and love - and often in less than pleasant weather conditions. Thank you Sharon, Kathy, Roxanne, Tim, Mark, Kathryn, Giovanni and everyone else who donates time, resources and support to make showers happen!
