It was pretty warm out for our Sunday Shower Event where we provided 11 showers. We saw some familiar faces and a few new faces.
While we provide showers to need an immediate need, we are also the first connection that is made to other wrap around supports. One of our neighbors experienced a medical emergency during the event and we were able to provide much needed connections to get them the services they required. We are here to provide the supports and connections that may not otherwise get made. We believe that everyone needs an advocate.
